Reiki Level 1 - Shoden
Shoden is a Japanese word meaning beginner teachings. These are the first teachings of the system of Reiki. In our Shoden courses you will get acquainted to Reiki, and learn basic practices to help yourself with a daily healing practice. You will also be able to help your friends and family using Japanese healing techniques.
Reiki Level 2 - Okuden
Okuden is a Japanese word meaning hidden, inner teachings. During this course, we therefore turn our attention to what's hidden inside ourselves, in order to achieve a deeper understanding and connection to Mikao Usui’s teachings. This level teaches you how to connect to Earth and Heaven energy, which are the first steps in exploring our integration with the universe. This is achieved by practicing symbols and mantras that are taught in the class. This level is considered to be the baseline for you becoming a professional Reiki practitioner, if that is your aim.
Reiki Level 3 (Master) - Shinpiden
Shinpiden is the Japanese word for mystery teachings. This class is aimed at Level II practitioners or established Reiki Masters / Teachers who wish to continue their personal journey and deepen their understanding of the system. It is not just about teaching so it is also suitable for those who just wish to further develop their personal Reiki practice.
We offer a variety of workshops, designed to take students deeper into a particular aspect of the system of Reiki. We also offer teacher training, for those who wish to improve their teaching skills.

One on One training
Sometimes training within a class full of students just doesn't cut it, and we feel we need to spend private time with our teacher. If that is your wish, we offer private teachings, mentoring, and 1-on-1 training.
Retreats are the perfect opportunity to delve deeper into the practice. They can be intense and stir things up, which is a great opportunity to become more aware of what's inside of ourselves, and work on it.
Reiki Shares are a joyful opportunity to meet with likeminded people, and practice with them. It's so wonderful to feel part of a community, and to be able to practice and exchange Reiki with others.
